The Norooz Clinic Foundation is a non-profit organization providing affordable mental health services, training, and community outreach to serve local people.
We are looking for a part-time licensed psychologist to supervise our MFT and doctoral trainees in Orange County. The Licensed Psychologist also participates in developing, carrying out, and administration and interpretation of a variety of psycho-diagnostic tests as well as preparing psychological evaluation reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Train interns on administration, scoring, & writing reports for cognitive, diagnostic, & neuropsychological assessments.
- Administers, interprets, and supervises proper psychometric instruments, provides reports, and feedback to clients/ involved agencies.
- Provides individual/ group clinical supervision to interns & therapists.
- Collaborates with the Program Director to develop policies and clinical guidelines complying with HIPAA standards.
- Ensures proper documentation of client treatments.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
- A current California psychologist license is required.
- Need at least 1-2 years of supervising interns and administering psychological assessments.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret psychological assessment reports and all regulations relating to the field.
- Ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Effective communication in individual and small group settings.
Pay Rate
$80 – $100 per hour
