At the Norooz Clinic Foundation, we are proud to be a clinical training site, dedicated to cultivating the next generation of mental health professionals. Our therapists are currently in the process of obtaining their professional licenses and are engaged in a rigorous training program designed to uphold the highest standards of practice. 

This comprehensive program includes extensive supervised clinical experience, advanced coursework, and ongoing professional development. Although our therapists are not yet licensed, they work under the close supervision of experienced, licensed professionals to ensure that the therapy they provide is of the highest quality and effectiveness.
Our commitment to thorough training empowers our clinicians to deliver exceptional care while they work toward full accreditation. We believe that investing in their growth not only benefits them but also enhances the support we provide to our clients.
