1. Overcoming Addiction

Join our peer support group dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and build a healthier, addiction-free life together.

2. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills

(Mondays, 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm PST)

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a psychotherapy approach that aims to help you cope with everyday and extraordinary challenges by developing specific skills related to mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation. DBT can be used for those struggling with self-harm, suicidal thoughts, borderline personality disorder (BPD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use, and depression. We will learn new skills weekly and support one another to improve psychological health and overall well-being.

3. Trauma Healing

(Mondays, 6 pm to 7:30 pm PST)

If you’ve had childhood adverse experiences, need gentleness for your inner child, or have faced illness, loss, or catastrophic events, know that you’re not alone; our program offers the support of clinicians to help you find hope and peer support to empathize with your journey, ultimately empowering you to manage your trauma rather than letting it control your life.

4. Recovery Skills

(Tuesdays, 4:00 pm-5:30 pm PST)

Join us in this supportive community where you can acquire the skills and strategies to become the captain of your addiction, mental health, social life, and environment, enabling you to overcome challenges, understand triggers, and cultivate hope and fearlessness in your pursuit of personal growth.

5. Depression and Anxiety Management

(Wednesdays, 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm)

Our Anxiety and Depression Peer Support Group offers a welcoming space for individuals dealing with anxiety and depression to connect, share their journeys, and find comfort and understanding through mutual support, helping one another on the path to improved mental well-being.

6. Mindfulness & Accepting the Self

(Wednesdays, 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm)

Mindfulness Group Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that combines the principles of mindfulness with the support and interaction of a therapy group. The goal of this approach is to help individuals develop greater self-awareness & acceptance, manage stress & emotional regulation, improve overall well-being, and being present in the here-and-now. This includes meditation, breathe work, mind & body practices and interventions, positive & strength-based psychology, and more that allows one to be more in tune with and accepting of themselves.

7. Living with Schizophrenia

(Wednesdays, 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm PST)

Our Schizophrenia Peer Support Group offers a safe and understanding environment for individuals living with schizophrenia to share their experiences, gain valuable insights, and provide mutual support as they navigate the challenges of this condition, fostering a sense of community and hope.

8. Anger Management

Thursdays (10:30 am-12pm PST)

An Anger Management Support Group is a structured environment led by trained professionals, providing individuals with a safe space to share experiences and receive guidance on managing anger. Participants work on enhancing self-awareness, developing coping strategies, improving communication, fostering empathy, and learning conflict resolution. Through therapeutic approaches like cognitive-behavioral techniques, the group dynamic encourages peer support and accountability, creating a community for individuals to collaboratively address and overcome anger issues. Interested individuals can find information on local groups through mental health organizations or community centers.

9. Lifeskills & Transitions

(Thursdays, 4:00 pm-5:30 pm PST)

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about your next steps in life, whether they pertain to education, work, health, time management, self-care, or guidance for navigating transitions, join us to gain the tools and strategies to effectively address these challenges and manage any obstacles that may have hindered your personal growth and goals.

10. Thrive After Divorce

Fridays (6:30pm am-8:00 pm PST)

If you are ending a significant romantic relationship, you may be wondering how to learn from the past and apply it to the future. You might be unsure of how to even get started on this journey of reflection and growth.

11. Couples’ Connect

Saturdays (1:00 pm-2:30pm PST)

A Couples Therapy Support Group is a nurturing space for partners seeking to enhance their relationship dynamics. Led by experienced therapists, the group offers a confidential environment for couples to explore and address challenges in their relationship. Through guided discussions, effective communication techniques, and shared experiences, participants work collaboratively to strengthen their connection. This support group provides a supportive community where couples can learn, grow, and develop healthier patterns of interaction for a more fulfilling and resilient relationship
