Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
At Norooz Clinic, we want you to know what your care may cost. If you are not using insurance or do not have insurance, you have the right to ask for a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before you begin services.
What this means for you:
- You can request a written estimate of the total expected cost of non-emergency services, including therapy sessions and psychological testing.
- You will receive your estimate within 3 business days of asking, or within 1 business day if your service is scheduled within 3 business days.
- If you get a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you can dispute the charges.
- Keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
