Grief, Loneliness & Life Transitions Support Group

Grief is a personal journey, but healing thrives in community. Find support and connection as you move through this season of change. The start of a new year can surface unexpected feelings grief, loneliness, and the sense of being “left behind” while life keeps moving forward. Whether you are navigating the loss of a relationship, changes in family dynamics, the death of a loved one, or major life transitions, this virtual weekly support group offers a safe space to connect and breathe.
Facilitated by MFT Clinical Interns under licensed supervision, each session includes gentle check-ins, supportive discussion, and coping tools you can use throughout the week. This group provides both emotional support and practical psychoeducation, offering space to learn, reflect, and process your experiences in community.

Mothers’ Support Group

Weekly on Wednesdays at 5:30-7:00 pm PST
Motherhood is beautiful but it can also feel isolating and heavy sometimes. Our Mother’s Support Group is a welcoming place for mothers at all stages to come as they are. Whether they are tired, happy, overwhelmed, proud, uncertain, or stressed, this is the one place where mothers can vent freely without worrying about taking care of other people. This group offers a place to breathe, learn, make connections, and feel understood without judgement. The space is to celebrate wins, talk openly about challenges such as balancing responsibilities, identity shifts, parenting stress, relationships (platonic and romantic), career pressures, and emotional wellbeing.
Facilitated by MFT Clinical interns under licensed supervision, each session includes check-ins with each member, discussions amongst group members, and a different topic of psychoeducation per week. This group provides both emotional support and psychoeducation which is designed to benefit the group members as much as possible.

Persian Support Group

Weekly on Thursdays at 6:30 – 8:00 pm PST
Given the current events affecting Iran, this group is designed to provide a compassionate and culturally responsive space for Iranian individuals and families who may be experiencing stress, grief, fear, or uncertainty during this time. Participants are invited to come together in a safe and confidential environment to share their experiences, express emotions, and connect with others who understand their cultural and personal realities.
Facilitated by Dr. Ehsan Gharadjedaghi and Dr. Ramesh Yousefipour, each session includes check-ins, discussions amongst group members, and a different topic per week.
